Purchase Price: US$ 100,000 plus any applicable sales taxes, plus adjustment for inflation as measured by the consumer price index.

• Reserve your Martin Jetpack delivery position

  Put yourself in line to buy a Martin Jetpack with a refundable deposit of US$ 10,000. This will be held in a trust account by Martin Jetpack USA Inc. until it is time to manufacture your Jetpack. Download the Deposit Agreement, complete, sign and send to:

  Payment: either include a check for US$10,000 with the Deposit Agreement, or wire the funds to the Martin Jetpack USA trust account.

  Include with electronic payment a clear notation on whose payment this is.

  Your order will be recorded as received on the date Martin Jetpack USA receives your payment.

  The deposit will be refunded on request less a US$ 500 cancellation fee. First customer deliveries are expected in late 2009.

  

• Confirm your Martin Jetpack order

  Martin Jetpack USA will contact you up to 180 days prior to your Martin Jetpack expected delivery date to invite you to enter a Purchase Agreement. At this time, you must confirm your order, select your desired options, and pay an additional deposit of US$ 50,000.

• Flight Training

  Arrangements will be made for you to undergo a training program to lead to certification for flying the Martin Jetpack. It is a condition of sale that you pass the certification test. Training is expected to take 5 days, although it may require up to 15 days. There will be a cost for this training course.

• Take delivery of your Martin Jetpack

  When your aircraft is ready and you have completed the unique Martin Aircraft training program, you will be required to pay the remaining balance. Your Martin Jetpack will then be delivered to you!
